the hotel is in a very walkable area. the hotel prepared breakfast to go bags for early departing guests. i really appreciated this gesture. i had a 6am flight so this was very helpful.
the room was a little too warm even with the air conditioning on. i struggled to adjust the temperature. hopefully, they can improve this system.

My twin room was very clean. the beds were comfortable. the bathroom was updated and had all necessary amenities. I was very happy with the condition of the premises.

Breakfast included a variety of pastries, cheeses, and meats. fresh fruit like kiwis, pears, and oranges was available. there were also eggs and sausages on offer. I found the options to be plentiful and satisfying

the staff were wonderful. they took my bags to and from my room. they also ensured my safe travel to the airport by questioning the driver. such attentiveness is rare these days!

The lobby was nice. there were open terraces with umbrellas and lounge chairs on the second and third floors. guests could relax and have coffee there. I used this space.

the location is excellent. it is convenient for everything. the staff were really kind and helpful. lemon tea was a nice touch in reception.
we arrived and were told we had been upgraded, very nice we thought. the room was ok but tired. it didn't feel like an upgrade when we saw other rooms.

The hotel's location was excellent. the trevi fountain was just down the street a one minute walk. the cleaning staff offered the best and most lovely service. The rooms are spacious.
the breakfast offered the same options daily. but it was still satisfactory.
